How to prepare for your handyman visit
A few quick things make your visit fast and smooth. None of this changes your flat price — it just helps us get straight to work.
Before we arrive
- Clear a path to the work area and move fragile items.
- Have the product and any parts/brackets on hand (or tell us in chat so we bring what’s needed).
- Note parking, a gate code, or a buzzer in your booking notes.
- Have the TV and bracket on site
- Clear the wall and furniture below it
- Know your wall type (drywall, plaster, tile, brick, stone, concrete)
- Have the items and any brackets/anchors on site
- Mark or describe where you want each piece
- Tell us the wall type so we bring the right anchors
- Have all boxes and hardware in the room
- Clear space to lay parts out
Someone should be there
Please have someone present who knows exactly what’s being done — it keeps the scope (and the price) clear. Payment is due on completion; we never take card details online.
