The terms below come straight from our booking policies.
Pricing & payment
- Flat prices quoted up front; they exclude Washington sales tax (Plus applicable Washington sales tax.).
- Minimum service fee $90.
- No deposit under $1,000; a 50% deposit applies at $1,000 or more. Payment is due on completion.
Scheduling, cancellation & reschedules
- Cancellations are free until the day before your visit; a $30 fee applies to same-day cancellations.
- You can reschedule up to 2 times.
- Someone 18 or older must be home during the visit and know the scope of the work.
